The ErosBoda overview for a wedding: days to go, households, guests, special needs, seats filled and spend against budget, with replies per event below.

Everything between the engagement and the first dance

A guest list built by household

One household, one invitation, one reply link.

  • Each guest carries their own dietary needs, access needs, age group and side of the couple.
  • Invitation types such as “Whole day” or “Evening only” decide which parts of the day a household is invited to.
  • Import from a spreadsheet, export to CSV whenever you like.
The guest list: households with their guests, dietary and access badges, invitation type, contact details and reply status.

Invitations by email or WhatsApp

Write it once, send it to everyone, in their language.

  • Templates for the invitation, the reminder and the thank-you, with merge fields for names, the reply link and the reply-by date.
  • Email goes out for you. WhatsApp opens a pre-filled message that you send from your own phone, so it arrives from you.
  • A log of what went to whom, and when.

The reply page your guests see

A link, not a login.

  • The whole household answers on one page: each guest, each part of the day.
  • Guests add or update their own dietary and access details, so you never chase them.
  • English or Spanish, chosen per household. Works on any phone.
The RSVP page on a phone: the invitation, the parts of the day, and yes or no buttons for each guest.

Dietary and access needs, straight to the caterer

Every allergy, diet and access need in one list.

  • A printable sheet per table for the kitchen and the venue, with every note a guest left.
  • Counts update as replies arrive, so the numbers you hand over are the real ones.
The printable seating chart and caterer sheet: covers and dietary needs per table.

A table plan with a to-scale room

Drag guests onto tables, then draw the room.

  • Seat a guest or a whole household in one move. Over-capacity tables warn you.
  • Record who should sit together and who should not; the plan tells you when a wish is broken.
  • A room view drawn to scale, with every table and chair where it will stand on the day.
The room view: a to-scale floor plan with named round tables, chairs and a top table.

See who has replied, and who has not

Headcounts per event, households past their deadline, the latest answers.

  • Pick the households that have not answered and send a reminder in one go.
  • Replies per part of the day, so the ceremony and the party each have their own number.
The invitations page: replies per event, households past their deadline, recent replies and a send panel grouped by channel.

One day, three parts. Invite each guest to the parts that are theirs.

Some come for the whole day, some for the ceremony, some for the party. Invitation types decide who sees what, who is counted where, and what the caterer is told.

How it works

  1. Create your wedding

Set the date, the parts of the day and the invitation types. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Add households and send invitations

Type them in or import a spreadsheet, pick a template, send by email or WhatsApp.

  3. Watch replies arrive and seat everyone

Each reply updates the counts, the caterer sheet and the table plan.

Questions couples ask

Is it really free?

Yes. ErosBoda is hosted for you and free to use, with no card to enter. It began as the planner for our own wedding, and we kept it running for everyone else.

Where is my data, and who can see it?

Your wedding lives on servers in Frankfurt, in the EU, and travels encrypted. Only you and the people you invite into your wedding can see it. Guests see only their own household’s page. The privacy page lists exactly what is stored and who helps us run the service.

Do my guests need an account?

No. Each household gets its own private link. They open it, answer, and can come back to change their reply or their dietary details.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. The planner and the reply page are in English and Spanish, and each household gets its messages in the language you choose for them.

How does sending by WhatsApp work?

ErosBoda prepares the message with the household’s name and link, then opens WhatsApp on your phone with it ready to send. It comes from your own number, so people recognise it.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export your guests and their replies as a CSV at any time, and ask us to delete everything once the wedding is over. The terms and the privacy page say how.
